About BarFinder
BarFinder helps you find the place, find the vibe, and find your people - a place to search for bars, breweries, and the drinks and bands that go with them, see what's happening tonight nearby, and plan a night out with friends.
What you can do here
- Search and browse bars, pubs, breweries, taprooms, and nightlife venues by city, type, or what's nearby.
- See what's happening tonight: live check-ins, upcoming events, and venues that are busy right now.
- Look up drinks, from a specific beer and the brewery that makes it to a classic cocktail, and see which venues serve them.
- Rate and review a venue, drink, brewery, or band, and add photos of your own.
- Build a plan for a night out with friends - pick a few stops, an event, and the drinks you want to try, and invite your buddies.
- Add a listing we're missing - a bar, brewery, band, or drink - through the submission forms linked in the footer, and claim a venue if you're the owner or manager.
Where the data comes from
Most venues on BarFinder start from public business listing data (addresses, categories, hours, and similar basic details), the same kind of information available from open mapping datasets and business directories. We supplement that with what the community adds directly: reviews, ratings, photos, check-ins, and listings submitted or claimed by venue owners and visitors. A venue's page is only as rich as what's been contributed to it so far - if you know a place well, adding a review or a photo is the single most useful thing you can do for it.
Who runs BarFinder
BarFinder is built and operated by TandT Solutions LLC. We're a small team building a site we'd actually want to use ourselves to find a good bar, a specific beer, or a band playing nearby.
