Offshore 9 Rooftop Lounge and SeaLegs Wine Bar take advantage of the ocean views, while Flashpoint Brewing Company and The Irishman round out a genuinely varied scene. It's one of the denser, more upscale concentrations of bars in this part of Orange County.
