Rolando
Bars, breweries, and nightlife in Rolando, San Diego
Rolando sits near San Diego State University, and its bar scene has a distinctly international, hookah-forward flavor alongside more typical spots - BarFinder counts 25 venues, with classic bars and a tie for "other nightlife" venues (largely hookah lounges) leading the mix. Zodiak Hookah Lounge, Prince Hookah Cafe, and Blue Nile Hookah Lounge all show up here, alongside Romeo & Julieta Wine Cafe for a change of pace. It's a neighborhood that serves SDSU's diverse student population as much as longtime locals.
