Overland
Bars, breweries, and nightlife in Overland, Denver
Overland sits in southwest Denver along the Platte River and South Santa Fe Drive, an industrial-edged neighborhood that's become a real hub for craft distilling and brewing. BarFinder lists 27 venues here, led by breweries and distilleries - Laws Whiskey House, a well-regarded Denver distillery, and Chain Reaction Brewing Company and Novel Strand Brewing Company anchor the scene, with a scattering of bars and nightclubs like Athmar Lounge rounding things out. It's less a traditional bar-hop strip than a spread-out trail of working breweries and tasting rooms, best explored by seeking out a specific spot rather than wandering block to block.
