Crown Point
Bars, breweries, and nightlife in Crown Point, Indiana
Crown Point, the Lake County seat known for its landmark Old Courthouse - long nicknamed the "Hitching Post of the Midwest" after decades as a quick-marriage destination - has a modest, classic bar scene to match its small-town character. BarFinder lists 30 venues here, led by bars, sports bars, and pubs, with real local spots like Tooties Bar And Grill and Bedarra Bar covering the casual, neighborhood side of a night out. A gastropub, a brewery, and even a winery round out an otherwise classic Midwestern bar lineup.
