Kansas City

Kansas City, Kansas - the smaller, Kansas-side twin of its better-known Missouri neighbor across the state line - has its own solid bar scene, with BarFinder listing 69 venues led by classic bars and sports bars, plus a handful of nightclubs, dive bars, and breweries. Local spots like Johnnie's on Seventh and Hitching Post cover the classic tavern side, while Imperial Brewery and The Shop Cigar Lounge add some variety. It's a scene built around neighborhood regulars more than tourist traffic, distinct from its bigger Missouri counterpart.
