Highlands

Highlands is a residential section of Lowell, Massachusetts, with a small, practical bar scene. BarFinder lists 8 venues here, sports bars leading the mix alongside a bar, a brewery, a pub, and even a tiki bar in Egan Tiki Bar. Platinos Grill and La Pradera Bar & Grill round out a neighborhood-serving scene rather than a destination strip. Worth a stop if you're already in the area.
