Burton Heights

Burton Heights is a neighborhood on Grand Rapids' south side, a city that's branded itself "Beer City, USA" for its outsized craft brewing scene - a reputation this small 9-venue pocket only partly reflects, with just one brewpub (Brass Ring Brewing) alongside a mix of classic bars, a dive bar, and a nightclub. The Derby and Log Cabin anchor the more traditional side of the scene. It's a modest, residential-adjacent slice of a city that's much bigger on beer a few miles north.
