Cookeville

Cookeville, home to Tennessee Tech University and the hub of Tennessee's rural Upper Cumberland region, has a college-town-flavored bar scene - BarFinder lists 39 venues, led by sports bars and classic bars with a real cluster of breweries and wineries behind them. Local names like Scooters Biker Bar, the Hawg Barn, and the Revolver Dance Hall of Cookeville lean into a rowdier, live-music side of the scene, while spots like 37 Cedar Restaurant & Bar cover a quieter night out. It's a scene built for both a college crowd and the surrounding rural region.
