Dripping Springs

Dripping Springs, a Texas Hill Country town just west of Austin that bills itself as the "Wedding Capital of Texas," has built a real reputation as a craft-beverage destination - BarFinder lists 37 venues here, with wineries, breweries, and distilleries together outnumbering classic bars. Real local names like Treaty Oak Distilling, Hawk's Shadow Winery, and 12 Fox Beer Co reflect that scene, with Grawlix Cocktail Lounge and Smokey's Cigar Lounge adding more variety downtown. It's less a traditional bar town than a Hill Country wine-and-spirits trail with a growing cocktail scene layered on top.
