Absinthe #1

• 1 pint Vodka
• 2 tsp Wormwood , crumbled2 tsp crumbled Anise seeds1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
• 4 Cardamom pods1/2 tsp Coriander , ground2 tsp Angelica root , chopped

Steep wormwood in vodka for 48 hours. Remove, add the rest and steep for one week. Age.

Note that this drink may be bad for your health. It is also illegal to make Absinthe in several countries.
