Cherry Garden

• 1 1/2 shot Light rum
• 1 shot white Creme de Cacao
• 1 1/2 shot Cherry brandy
• Cream
• 2/3 glass crushed Ice
• 1 dash Grenadine
• 1 Cherry

Pour all spirits into cocktail shaker and add cream. Gently mix. Fill glass 2/3 with ice. Pour contents of shaker into glass over the ice. Gently dash grenadine into glass. Garnish with speared cherry.

Grenadine is optional. It may sound grim, but a nice alternative is to swap the cream for cola. If you do this, please leave out the grenadine! (cola variant name - Cherry Forest)
