Cubano

• 1 part fresh Lime juice
• 1 1/2 part Cointreau
• 3 parts Jamaican Gold rum
• 1 Egg white

Fill a shaker with ice, pour in ingredients, shake well and pour.

Nice combination of sour and sweet.
