Elk's Own Cocktail

• 1 1/2 oz Blended whiskey
• 3/4 oz Port
• Juice of 1/4 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1 Egg white
• 1 slice Pineapple

Shake all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the pineapple slice and serve.
