Fox And Hounds

• 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Pernod
• 1/2 oz Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp superfine Sugar
• 1 Egg white

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
