Gimlet

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Lime juice cordial (Rose's)*1 Lime wedge

Pour the gin and lime cordial into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lime wedge.
