Grand Teton Howling Wolf Weizenbock

Was brewed to showcase yeast in the flavor of beer, and was brewed in strict adherence to the Reinheitsgebot. "Weizenbock means strong wheat beer. Wheat contributes a pleasant citric acidity and delicacy on the palate, and its surfet of protein creates a massive head. Howling Wolf was crafted with 40% wheat malt and minimally spiced with Liberty Hops. Like all Bavarian wheat beers, yeast is the star of this show.
