Greenland

• 4 cl Vodka
• 2 cl Blue Curacao
• 1 cl Amaretto
• 2 dashes Egg white

Shake over ice, strain into a highball glass. Top with fresh orange juice. Garnish with orange, cherry, mint leaf and straws.

I made this cocktail for a bartender competition in Lisbon (ABP 1999). Enjoy it.
