Hoots Mon

• 1 1/2 oz Scotch
• 1/2 oz Lillet
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
