Ibsen

• 2 shots Aquavit (Norwegian)*3/4 shot fresh Lime juice
• 3/4 shot Orgeat syrup
• 1/2 Egg white
• 2 dashes Bitters

Shake with ice, then strain into ice filled whisky glass. Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.

This cocktail is named in honour of Henrik Ibsen.
