Ingredients
- 1/3 oz Creme de Cacao
- 1/3 oz White Creme de Menthe
- 1/3 oz Kahlua
- Small handful Ice
- Milk
Instructions
Mix ingredients except Milk in mixing glass. Add ice. Fill with milk. Shake vigourously. Pour into glass. Serve.
Makes a nice foamy drink with a chocolate-mint flavour, which is quite rich tasting. Was made in an Irish pub in the Annapolis valley of Nova Scotia. Became a local favorite and specialty.
