Junior Mint

• 1/2 oz Malibu rum
• 1 oz white Creme de Cacao
• 1 oz White Creme de Menthe

Combine all ingredients with ice, shake, and strain into old fashioned glass.

This drink tastes almost exactly like a junior mint. The Malibu rum can be left out. Be sure to use light creme de cacoa. This also works best with light creme de menthe. This was invented in 1998 at a neighborhood bar in Humble, Tx.
