• 1 oz Irish cream
• 1 - 1 1/2 oz Cream , fresh1/2 oz Cointreau or Grand MarnierGround Chocolate

This a kind of a Pousse Cafe. Float Irish cream over the Kahlua. Shake Cream with Cointreau. Float on the Irish cream. Garnish with choclate.

This cocktail won an Israeli contest in 1990.
