Moment Brutale

• 10 cl Sugar
• 5 cl Water
• 1 Egg (with shell)*Lime or lemon (with skin)*16 cl Gin or vodka

Mix everything except the licquor with ice, strain it to remove the shell and skin, blend with licquor.

This is for 4 cocktails. If you use lime take two, else use one lemon or orange, for instance.
