- 1 oz Kahlua
- 4 oz Half-and-half
- 1 scoop Ice-cream
- 2 oz Cream of coconut
Instructions
Blend until smooth and frothy.
This drink originates from Anthony's Key Resort on Roatan, Honduras, C.A. I went there on my vacation in the spring of 1999 and lived on these.
