Raggae Sunsplash

• 2 oz Gin
• 4 oz Pineapple juice
• 2 splashes Strawberry syrup
• 2 dashes green coconut Food coloring

Pour gin and pineapple juice in a shaker and shake well. Pour into the glass over ice. Add the strawberry syrup. Use a straw to add a little bit of the food coloring in the froth.

I had this drink in Jamaica, where I guess it was originated. It forms the colors of the Jamaican Flag, red on the bottom, yellow in the middle, and green on the top.
