Royal Bill

• 1/2 oz Pear liqueur (Poire William)*Fill with Champagne
• 1/2 slice Orange

Pour chilled Poire William in to champagne flute, add Champagne to top. Garnish with half an orange slice.

I prefer a dry or extra dry type of champagne to add a bit of sweetness to this fine after diner treat.
