The Irresistible Manhattan

• 1 oz Canadian whisky
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Amaretto
• 1 dash Bitters

Combine the ingredients in a small pitcher and add 1 tsp of juice from your jar of maraschino cherries. Pour over crushed ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry or slice of orange.

You may also put the pitcher in the freezer for a few hours and serve it "up" in a martini glass. Be careful, these have been known to be addictive.
