The Other Half

• 3/4 oz Triple sec
• 3/4 oz Amaretto
• Bacardi 151 proof rum

Use a spoon to layer tripple sec, amaretto, and the rum. Turn off the lights, light the rum on fire to warm up the rim of glass, carefully blow out the flame, and enjoy.
