Volcano

• 3/4 oz Raspberry liqueur
• 3/4 oz Blue Curacao
• Champagne
• Orange peel

Pour liqueurs into a champagne flute. Fill with ice-cold champagne. Twist orange peel over drink.

The raspberry liqueur and blue curacao may be heated, lit to flame, and extinguished with the champagne.
