For her study, she chooses Máximo Rey (Adrián Suar) a charismatic and egocentric plastic surgeon as her subject. Rocío goes undercover using a false identity, posing as a patient. However, the experiment becomes complicated when Máximo falls in love with her and the situation spirals out of control.
