Capitol City Brewing Company opened for business back in 1992 as the first brewpub in DC since prohibition, and their experience results in very good beer. Their menu offers all kinds of dished ranging from Asian Chicken Quesidillas to Seared Tuna. All the brews have something unique to offer everyone and the most popular seem to be the Kolsch, Amber Waves, and Pale Rider. Basically, this is a classic brewery that is a must see for any beer lover in the area.
